?Talka? is an ancient latvian word, which describes collective volunteer working for the good of society and enviroinment. Talka is a creative alliance, whose aim is to popularize and sell objects of Baltic art and fashion.
Within Redspective, Talka presents a selection from established and upcoming designers from Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The first of which is the Latvian catwalk label Black-ID, designed by Keta Gutmane, who in 2008 received a scholarship from the Culture Ministry of Munich.
