My Account and how to order

 

To create an account click on the “login” text, which is found in the header section of the website. Enter your email and follow the prompts to create an account.

 

Each registered user has a personal part of the site, which houses all of your personal information, and which can be edited at any time. The section can be found in the header section of the website called “Your Account”. The account is divided into the following sections:



 

Making an Order

 

In order to purchase any product from our collection you need to do the following:

- Choose your product, select the size and colour, and click on the “add to cart” button - the goods will be added to your basket.


- Go to your Cart in the header section of the page.


- If you have not already registered, please enter your login and password, otherwise continue through the checkout process by selecting the prompts.


- The prompts will guide you through: confirming your address, your method of shipment, and your method of payment.

 

- once you have completed the checkout process, you will be asked to confirm your order. Once you confirm your order, you will be redirected to a page for payment.

 

- An order confirmation email, with invoice attached will be automatically sent to you.

 

- You can now follow the status of your order in the “My Account” section.

 

Please note:

That once you confirm your order, the order contract is established, and the order is binding.

That the calculation of cost and delivery, and delivery time is dependent on the reliability of the information provided by you at registration.

 

How long does it take to process your order?

Not long. All orders are processed normally within 24 hours, unless we are waiting for your bank transfer. For payments with bank-transfer, we process the orders when we have received the payment, and this is normally within 2-3 business days. You can expect your package to arrive anywhere from 1-2 weeks, depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally? How much will shipping cost me?

Definitely. we are happy to ship worldwide via EMS. All international packages include tracking. Please see our Shipping section for more details and prices.

I wish to order a gift for someone else, can I use a different shipping and billing address?

Certainly. During the checkout process you can us two addresses, one for billing /invoices and a separate one for shipping. You can enter a new shipping address, and we will send the order to this address. This way the order is payed by you, but delivered to someone else or vice versa. If you save this address in your accounts section, you can use it again in the future.

How can I find out how much an article costs in my own currency?

We list our products in Rouble and Euro. For exact conversion to your own currency, please check www.xe.com

Are the brands you sell authentic?

Yes. We are the creators of Redspective and RED25. We are the approved seller for the designer brands that we sell also. We sell all products with original branding and trademarks included.

Are the products you sell exclusive?

 

A-huh. We maintain agreements with all our Artists, and prepare clothing with their images in the Redspective studio. Our international designers maybe found elsewhere, however, Redspective hand selects special items and brings them exclusively to Berlin.

What is your return policy?

Normal. We will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. If there is an exchange to be made, please include a note stating what you would like instead and why the return is taking place. Shipping charges will apply where necessary. You must provide proof of purchase (a copy of the receipt or packing slip or invoice) with returned items.

For the registration of the return or exchange, please go the “Order History” section of “My Account”. Click on the order that contains the product to be exchanged. Fill out the section “Merchandise Returns”. We will receive notification of your desire to return or exchange your item. We will contact you in 24 hours to guide you through the returns process.

Please note: Returns and exchanges of items are only possible if the goods have not been used. If the item is not in new or factory condition on its return to Redspective, the return or exchange cannot be accepted. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.

Once we have received your item, we will send you the new item you have selected, or refund your money within 5 days. Costs associated with shipping an item due to general return or exchange, is the responsibility of the customer. Redspective will gladly cover any costs in the returning of faulty product.

Price and Discounts

 

The price of the item and cost of delivery is specified at the time of ordering and always final. It may not be subsequently changed. If a customer places an order, the Redspective onlineshop ensures that the order will be based on prices and discounts in effect at the time of ordering.

 

Sale or reduced price: at several times during the year we will reduce the price of selected items. Our customer service team will alert you by email newsletter when these yummy prices occur

 

Discount Voucher: Discount vouchers may be offered to regular customers at the discretion of Redspective. If you are interested in buying a discount voucher as a gift to a loved one, please contact us for details.



I like that you support ecological products. Can I also receive my order in Recycled or Recyclable packaging.


Yes! We are also happy to contribute to a better world.  During the checkout process you will see a check box that you can confirm. You will receive your product in a recyclable plastic bag, and posted in a recycled paper envelope or box.
