Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment (or immediately if the Cash on Delivery (COD) option is selected).

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as the postage costs. Shipping fees are based on weight and your location. You can see the shipping costs of your order on the order summary page.  The default shipping costs are based on EMS.  If you select Russian Post during the checkout process, the shipping cost will automatically change accordingly.

Trying and buying

If you are not sure about your size, or the colour, or even the style, you are welcome to order 1-5 items to compare. Items you do not wish to continue to purchase can be immediately handed back to the EMS courier for return to Redspective. Please note, if you request option, you may be asked to pay an additional fee for this extra journey.
