All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. All purchases and deliveries exclusively take place on the basis of these general terms and conditions. Deviating rules apply only after previous confirmation in writing by the management of Redspective. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
1. Product
Many of our labels offered are from small companies and individuals. Hence many of our items are limited "small editions". The product images are exemplary images and sometimes may differ from the ordered/ delivered product. Older collections are generally not reproduced. Therefore delivery problems may occur and some items might be sold out very fast. Please understand our project is unique and we are grateful for all your interest in our product and concept!
2. Order and Contract Conclusion
The order of the customer is as per the offer until the conclusion of the sales contract. The sales contract commences with the customers confirmation of order when pressing the order confirmation button at the end of the checkout process, and it finalises with the delivery of the order by Redspective to the customer.
3. Prices
All given prices are in Rouble and include the legal VAT of 18%. Postage and packaging costs are added according to the payment conditions separately. The prices on the website are valid always.
4. Delivery
All delivery dates mentioned are in principle noncommittal. Redspective is not responsible for customs duties or taxes for deliveries outside of the Russian Federation. The customer is to bear these costs. In the case where a package cannot be delivered, no further delivery will take place without the up-front payment of any additional expenses.
5. Conditional Sale
Until payment of the full purchase price is completed, all items remain the property of Redspective.
6. Warrantee
The warranty is valid for 3 months after delivery. If the goods are faulty, Redspective is first authorised to supply a replacement to the same expense. In the case of a complaint, the invoice copy is required to be prove the date of purchase. The reclaimed item and a copy of the invoice are to be sent to:

The warranty is not valid for any usual wear out or abrasion, or normal irregularities as part of the finishing and design. The warranty expires if the customer has changed the delivered product(s).
Please follow the washing instructions that you can find on the article’s label. We do not assume liability for damages caused by false cleaning.
7. Right of Cancellation and Returns
Redspective does not assume liability for possible damages that are caused by the use of the purchased items, especially when used improperly. Compensation demands are impossible, except if damages were caused premeditatedly or by gross negligence.
Cancelled orders and return rights are valid for the Russian Federation only. Our refund policy is governed by the Russian FederalLaw of September 27, 2007 № 612 "On approval of rules sale of goods remote way, the Russian Federal Law January 19, 1998 № 55 "On Approval of Regulation of sales of certain goods, the list of durable goods, which are not subject to the buyer free of charge, to grant him a period of repair or replacement of similar product list for consumer goods of good quality, non- return or exchange for similar goods of other size, shape, dimension, style, color or configuration. ", and the Russian Federal Law February 7, 1992 № 2300-1 “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
Cancellation or withdraw of orders may only happen within two weeks after receiving the goods. There is no need to state any reasons, and returns will processed once Redspective has received the goods. The time for the of processing of refunds is approximately 20 working days.
In case of returned items that have been damaged or used, Redspective reserves all rights to demand compensation. It is not allowable to damage or remove original labels on an item that is to be returned.

8. Accounts, passwords and security
Purchasing items from the Redspective Onlineshop will require you to open an account . You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account. Redspective must be notified immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or password, or any other breach of security. You may be held liable for losses incurred by Redspective, or any other user/visitor to the site, due to someone else using your password or account.
You may not use anyone else’s password or account at any time without the express permission and consent of the holder of that password or account. Redspective cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
9. Data Security
All data that is relevant for the completion of an order is saved, and passed on to the relevant companies where applicable, while the order is being processed . All personal information is handled confidentially. If the online shop offers the possibility to enter personal and business-related data (email addresses, names, addresses) the user allows to expose the data voluntarily.
The use of the information given in the imprint, or public contact data, (post address, telephone and fax numbers) for information not explicitly demanded is NOT permitted. All legal rights to proceed against violation and senders of email spam are reserved explicitly.
10. Applicable Law
The laws of the Russian Federation apply to all disputes between parties resulting from the sale or delivery of goods, even if the buyer does not reside in.
11. Copy Rights and Concessionary Rights
The all images and text published or contained within the Redspective Onlineshop are owned by OOO “Delonatelo”. Redspective and Delonatelo strive to mind copyrights for all graphics and texts used in all publications including this website, and to use own graphics and texts, and graphics and texts provided by our artists.
The copyright for all published and created objects remain by Redspective and Delonatelo alone. No images, graphics, logos, trademarks or text from the Redspective Onlineshop maybe used by another party, organisation or individual, without the express permission of the Redspective team.
12. Trademarks
Redspective, Redspective.com, Redspective.ru, the "Lady" logo, custom graphics and any other graphics contained on this site are the service marks, trademarks, trade names and/or trade dress of the Redspective brand & OOO ”delonatelo”. All other trademarks, service marks and companies names or logos appearing at this site are the property of their respective owners.
13. Severability
In case one of these clauses should be or becomes void, the validity of the other clauses remains intact.
