1. Bank Transfer
During the checkout process please select the “Bank Transfer” option. We accept bank transfer payments in both Rouble and Euro. When you have confirmed your order, our system will advise you of our bank account details. These details will also sent to you by email.
For first time customers: Once we have received your bank transfer into our account (usually within 2-3 business days), we will proceed with the shipment of your items.
For regular customers: You are welcome to send us by email a copy of your transfer receipt (the copy the bank provides you at the time of making the transfer). Once we receive this receipt, we will immediately dispatch your order! If we do not receive a transfer receipt from you, your order will be sent to you following the receipt of your bank transfer into our account (usually within 2-3 business days).
2. Payments by Electronic Cash or Credit Card:
We use ASSIST for processing Credit Card and Electronic Cash payments. We seek to provide our national and international customers with the highest protection of their confidential information . ASSIST guarantees this protection with payment security, provided by SSL encryption protocols and fraud protection, and is a preferred platform by leading banks in the Russian Federation. Make your payment selection during the checkout process, and confirm your order. Once you have confirmed your order, you will be redirected automatically to the ASSIST payment portal, where you can securely enter your credit card or EC details. Please follow the instructions as prompted.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We accept COD payments through the courier service EMS
This type of payment is available to customers across Russia, however only if EMS delivers to your city. During the order process the shipping costs included are only for the courier service, and not for the additional cost of the COD process. EMS will add this to your order total at your door. The delivery charge depends on both the destination and weight of the package.
This service is only availabe for orders upto and including 5000 rouble.
5. Cash payment
If you are in Saint Petersburg, and would like to collect your order in person, you are welcome to pay in cash when you arrive.
Payment for the order is to be made in rubles. Please bring a copy of your invoice, or your order confirmation number with you, so as to avoid possible confusion.
When paying in cash at Redspective, you will receive a receipt when handing over the money. This is in accordance with the Russian Federal Law of 22 May 2003 N 54-FZ "On the Use of Cash Registers for cash transactions and (or) calculations using payment cards."
This receipt is worth keeping in case you need to return the item in the future.
